Liz Christie is a Registered Psychotherapist, a Registered Play Therapist and is trained in attachment and art therapy approaches at a graduate level. She is the owner of Playful Solutions. Liz has experience helping children, adolescents and teens heal. She has experience working with foster care and adopted children, as well as children of varying developmental levels, including ASD, ADHD and FASD. Liz is specialized in using Play Therapy, which includes techniques such as sandtray, puppets, story telling and Psychodynamic art to help children of all ages process trauma, confusing feelings and self concept. She provides a warm and safe therapeutic environment for the development of a strong trusting relationship, which is necessary to create meaningful change in your child's life.
